13 GT Procharger 1/4 mile results so far

Went to the track again last night with my P1SC stg 2 Procharger on my 13 GT. My only power mods are the stg 2 kit with the 4.13 pulley with an off road x pipe and a Circle D 3c converter. It makes 8 psi max. I'm whittling my time down every time I go. My 60's are not consistent but my best result so far was loading up the converter as high as it will go without spinning the tires and it pulled a 1.589 60' doing that. The car is hitting the limiter a little on the 1-2 shift so I have to get my tune revised. I got one clean run out of 3 before I was told I need a fire jacket but still ran my PB last night. The DA was 1680' and ran 11.1@ 124.6 with a 1.58 60'. Had 3/4 tank of gas and nothing removed from the car, I actually added some weight with my tool bag and portable compressor. I'm hoping for a high 10 sec run in some good early spring air and maybe take the spare tire out.

What kind of tires you running? I pulled my front sway bar for drag racing, it's a +2 deal, you remove weight off the front and the front lifts faster transferring weight to the rear.
By the way there's hardly any difference on street manners.

285 Nitto 555r drag radials. Havent thought about disconnecting anything. I went back to the track to take advantage of some better air and ran a 10.9@127.5 but the track was slick and could only manage a 1.74 60'. Could have run a 10.7 easily with traction but maybe next spring.

Yeah im happy with how it runs. Minimal effort 8psi with a stall and drag radials pretty much. I have a awesome tuner too by the way.

Great times. How different does it drive on the street with the high stall converter? Does it shift closer to 3500 all the time?

Thanks! The car drives near like stock. There is a little more slip from the converter on takeoff but you get used to it after a few minutes of driving and dont even notice after a short time and there is nothing weird with how it shifts. It shifts as any stock/tuned car would. Not much of a downside to running a higer stall converter now days.
