Tuner & gas mileage

Have had the car tuned to 89-Street and 91-Hybrid for some time and noticed poorer mileage but was not really concerned. However with gas now at $1.40 per litre just went back to 87-Street and has the mileage ever improved. Went from (by the dash reading) 10.5-11 to 8.2. May even try stock tune later. May be some time before going back to aggressive tunes.

I would first try to manually calculate your mileage opposed to using the dash reading as I've found it to be incredibly inaccurate sometimes. Occasionally it is close but usually off between 2-7 Mpgs. I've noticed that things long idle times or occasional spirited driving makes it look like the Mpgs are a lot worse then they actually are.
