J&m Caster Camber Plates with SR Strut Tower Brace
This is more of an FYI than a thread, but it's something that may be helpful.
So when you switch to J&M Camber plates, they utilize the fifth hole on the top of the strut tower.
If you have the SR Performance tower brace, they only have the 4 holes per side.
You can make this work, but it takes careful measuring. What we did is drilled a 1/2 " hole to accommodate the new bolt. On each side.
You want it larger than the bolt itself (not the head) to allow some play. You'll also need 2 smaller washers than what comes with the kit as the big ones won't fit.
The bolt holes and head will just BARELY fit without getting into the small hump directly to the left.
Also, use the new stud washers and nuts in the J&M kit for the best fit.
After all this, it fits just perfect. If it doesnt, you can dremel out a bit to open up the hole. But you want it to be as symmetrical as possible.
