Plastic piece in wheel well is cracked, knocking on spring Please help

Hello, just about 3 weeks ago my splash guard snapped off at 115mph, didnt think much of it but then about a week later I kept hearing a rattling, knocking noise by the front left wheel whenever I hit a bump. Thought it might be something serious so I was going to wait to bring to shop.

Then today while applying tire shine to my front left tire I see this damn plastic piece is snapped off and not bolted in.

~*NOT MY CAR, JUST A PIC OF SAID PIECE*~
The part closest to the spring is chewed up pretty good, and its hanging down pretty far (not hitting tire, but is hitting the spring)

What should I do?

no big deal, take it off if its causing any issues and then replace it.
