URGENT HELP !!

Alright so about a year ago i was victim of a hit and run long story short i fixed my car when if i would have reported to the insurance it would have been salvaged. The point is the car had some stuff that stopped working one of them being the horn. Now it used to happen that when i would turn my steering wheel all the way to the right it would honk and then it stopped. Now everytime i lock my car and press it twice the horn will go crazy and stay on. And since yesterday everytime i turn OFF the car the horn stays on. I took of the fuse and it still does it. DOES ANYBODY KNOW where the horn is so that i can take it off or disconnect it so no energy can reach it no matter what. It was so bad i had to disconnect the battery and borrow a car because i couldnt drive 50 feet that the horn would go off while driving. If you guys could help me i would thank you guys so much !!

I believe it's behind the front bumper, located under the driver side headlight.
