Is ethynol free gas worth
The extra money? Is it that much better for your engine then say running 91 or 93 octane? I just can't see paying the extra cost

Heck yes it is! Especially smaller displacement ones like lawn mowers, jet skis, boat motors. That crap wasn't meant for our normal gasoline engines and fuel system components. It's mandated by the government at 10%, so that theoretically America is consuming 10% less gasoline and our oil will maybe last a little longer.
If you're keeping a car for a long time and want to spend extra money making sure it lasts, then I would spend a little more to put ethanol free in it just like you would use synthetic oil.
typically I see stations offer it in 91 octane only though.
It isn't better for your Coyote but it is better for corn farmers and making "renewable" energy advocates feel better.
It's kinda like how Purina puts ash in pet food....it's sorta edible for animals and adds 10% more bulk to the product.
I see there is one ethanol free gas station where I live. If its still there when I get back I'm going to switch. I usually put the highest grade I can get in my area in the tank.
