3 valve cam change

I have mixed reviews in changing out my cams, some say to use a spring compressor and some say to just back off on the bridge bolts evenly. Any advice?

Thanks Nate, Let me know what you think of them when you get them put on. You'll probably get yours before I'm able to get them.
