Unhappy Weird start issue.

Well maybe not start issue itself but it only happens at start. Whether its cold or warmed up fully. If i start the car and immediately try to go or rev it bogs only if i give it gas . if i wait 10 secs after starting all is well. is this normal? i changed the plugs and tried a different tune. cleaned the mass air. no codes and runs perfect other wise. and it did this b4 any mods

You may find some cars that do not do what yours is doing but as far as I am concerned, that is quite normal. 10 sec is not very long. Hell the oil is just getting distributed.
I noticed even when my car has been running a minute or so, it doesn't have the acceleration it typically has after say a few minutes. I figure it just has to warm up a bit.
EDIT: Oh I just noticed that it does it even when it is warmed up. I don't think my car does that but then again during the first 10 sec or so I would be barely rolling.

Check the temperature readings with a scan tool, just because there is no code doesn't mean everything is right
