Coilover alignment and tire/wheel questions

I have an 04 GT vert. I just had UPR coilovers with Viking springs, KYB shocks/struts, and Eibach swaybars installed. Had the car aligned at about the stock height. My question is do I need to get it aligned again when I lower the car? Thinking am inch and a half front, inch in the rear. Car is not a DD, put about 7K a year throughout the summer hitting carshows and cruises. Also, have a friend who has his tires/wheels of his '11 GT 235/50/18. These will fit no problem , correct? Thanks

Yes, when you lower the car it changes the geometry of the suspension. You will need to have it re-aligned.

And those wheels have a much higher offset than your current wheels. So they will tuck into the fenders even more than the stock wheels on your car do. it'll literally look like roller skates on the car.
