12 Volt hot wire

2012 V 6 premium, does anybody know a easy place under the dash to tap in a 12 Volt
On/off with the switch. Want my Rader detector wired directly. Thanks

look in the kick panels in the footwells that is where I would go.

Right kick panel fuse area... there is a white wire going into the box... it's the one with the tap connected in the picture. This wire is 12V when the key is on.

I have my detector tapped into the back of the auto dimming mirror. The detector is on the accessory delay circuit and comes on automatically with the ignition.
