Motor knocking

Alright so check it out. One day I drove my car and it started making a clicking sound and I'll notice it between shifts. Since I got the car in February I hadn't bothered to check the oil (bad decision) cause i didn't really care about the car like how I did my other. So the sound kept going on till I recently did a pull from a dig with my buddy and after the pull the sound was totally noticeable. I checked the oil and bone dry. I left the car there and bought oil. I put the oil and started the car and the noise went away. I let the car run for 5 min and took off but didn't floor it. A half mile later the car dies and doesn't turn on. What the hell. Oh and I also noticed the oil pressure gauge going down when coming to a stop or a sharp turn. And now the gauge is stuck on low. Anything I can do?

You have likely destroyed the engine. I would be willing to bet that if you open that thing up you will find the sump completely clogged. Every oil journal in the block and head is likely stopped up. Due to no lubrication the cams are likely burned up, and every bearing in the car destroyed.
