Car sensor issue

I have an 08 mustang and took the transmission out. Intook the battery out and it was out for like a week.

When I put it back in it was dead so I jumped it. Now I'm getting error codes that all the 02 sensors are bad and the evac has a problem.

The guy at the auto store thinks leaving the battery disconnected for 12 hours will reset everything.

If that doesn't work he thinks I will need a new central computer for it.

Any ideas from anyone else?

Also anyone know what computer he's talking about and where to get it cheap.

Are you sure you did not damage and/or disconnect the O2 sensor wiring or other wiring during the transmission R&R?

Yeah i tripled checked everything I unplugged.

I also noticed my passenger tail light is out. My driver head light. My window stopped working proper. Not sure what else is wrong. The junk had to have done all this.

Maybe some more background info would be helpful. Why did you take the transmission out? What did you do to it? And if none of this was happening before, then there was definitely something done during the reinstall.
