2015 Mustang - Not As Fugly As I Thought!

Yeah so...I just saw some leaked "I Spy" photos of the 2015 Mustang...pretty sick looking! It's gonna take some getting used to, but doesn't every new look? Still happy with '14 of course, but wow! Ford has it goin on! If the test car is going to be the official 2015 look, then it's not nearly as bad looking as we were all expecting, seemingly. I would've attached a pic, but yes...I'm on my work computer killing time.

---------- Post added at 03:14 PM ---------- Previous post was at 03:13 PM ----------

And btw...that is probably old news, but I've been M.I.A. lately.

I ordered and received a '14 GT TP (just in case the '15 sucked). Couldn't be happier, short of buying a Shelby.

They're leaked on a few different sites... I think it may have potential, but usually when Mustangs go thru a major change it always gets tweaked and perfected the body style after... Kinda like the SN95s being tweaked into the new edge, or the 05-09's getting cleaned and looking sharper after 2010+.... That's my opinion anyway

That seems to be Ford's theme right now, they all resemble each other now... Obviously these are rough sketches, and It definitely looks smaller, but I have a feeling that the finished product will attract alot of new buyers... Even if most ppl are rejecting the new facelift, they will eventually give in and accept it... I know when I saw the sketch for the 05 from the New Edge, I thought Ford was going backassward with it, but eventually I warmed up to it... The New Edge still looks way better IMHO but changes get better with time

Looks like the Fusion, Mustang, and Taurus had a threesome. Yuk!!! There is nothing mean looking about that.

Looks like my 13 is gonna hold its value a little more. Thanks Ford.

Any self respecting muscle car enthusiast would not get away from the body style that the mustang has represented for the past almost 50 years.

I personally hate it with a passion.

Combining the looks of 3 vehicles to try and raise consumer purchasing is fine but don't involve the mustang... my .02

I know a lot of designs "grow on you" after they are out for a while..........Doesn't appear that it will be the case with this design. Migrating waaaaaaay too far from the mustang muscle. Not a fan at all of that front clip.

Ford tested this current design with the fusion and taurus, I've read where this design has been on the board for a while. 5 years I think is what it said, I can't remember where I saw it. But the design will probably be tweaked to be a little more "Muscle". I am glad that I will be getting a 2013 GT Premium on Friday. If this design grows on me,I'll buy it in about 2 or 3 years. It is suppose to be smaller, I wonder how much smaller in the cabin though, that rear seat is already cramped enough.

Well the reason the rear seat are useless is cuz of the live rear axle... Since this new one is independent, I can see the rear seats being more functional

You know the first person that posts with pics of their 15' others are gonna be like "well it's not that bad" and then everybody wants one. I would prefer they come with deep dish stock rims but that's just me....

The 2010 to 14 is a classic look , blurring the fusion front end into the Mustang ruins the car . This was probably the last generation of Mustangs taking styling cues from the original car. A shame Ford once again try's to fix something that's not broken , like a said earlier glad I got my 13 GT/CS.

How can you love it by just seeing the front end? All you can see is the front-end. Lord knows what the rest of the car looks like.

Ya it's going to take a pretty nice set of stock wheels to pull of this fusion/Taurus "muscle" look
