It would be the 2014 3.7L V6 for me. I had no problems with the 2005-2009 models.

For exhaust, I have RTR axlebacks. (They compare to the Magnaflow Streets) and that's it.

He has Shorty headers and some flowmasters, not sure what kind.

If I was able to buy a 15 now, I think I'd try to wait until they come out with the Mach's that has been rumored. I bet by then, the 5.0 will have had some updates in power too. Maybe more..?

Wonder if it'll be like 2010, new body and old engine. Or they may just improve the current 5.0.

I think it will be the same as the 10, just keeping the motor just a drastic change. Direct port fuel injection etc.

Everything I've seen on the interwebz rumor mill is something like a 10 speed auto and direct port. Unsure how that many speeds will be for those who want to drag race but the 6R80 and 4R will still bolt right up.

If this is true, then I think ppl wanting a manual trans car setup for handling are going to have a field day. IMO, those who want a straight line car will probably be best with the 11-14. Lighter, solid axle and honestly the Coyote does not need direct port as has already been proven. Throw 20+ psi at a built one with stock heads/cams and I'm seeing ppl with dyno sheets over 900whp and low 9s at sea level on the stock 6R with a good triple disc stall.

I remember seeing a while back that there could be a possible SRA option in the future, like 2017-18 when they make the next round of changes. You tho k that's still possible?

Off topic of what you guys are talking about...
Well a DIB ecoboost was already sold here after a couple of hours of its arrival. Seems around these parts people are going to get the 2015, I'm basing this by what people are recently saying "I love the 2015," "Best mustang yet" "I'm getting one" etc.

You need to know the rules, to break the rules

Although I didnt buy one in 2014 when I had planned as soon as I saw the 2015 pic I fell in love. All I can say is when its sitting in my driveway or when I'm rolling down the road I am going to be a damn proud Mustang owner.

Now just give me more than half the vin Ford...

We know the next Camaro will be packing at least 460 hp/465 tq, with likely an 8 spd automatic or a 7 speed manual.

So the Coyote engine goes from 412 - 420 - 435 - 460+? I don't see the 5.0 being competitive against the GM LT1, even with DI, not without a bit of a displacement bump.

Which I don't think Ford will do.

How much do you really need tho? Figure it could get up into the 450-475 range with DI. But if GM wants to really ramp it up (which they could easily do with the LT1) Ford would have to maybe finally put the 6.2L into the GT.

I still wish Dodge would come out with a Challenger that wasn't just a dyno queen or $120k... and then still a dyno queen... Not even close that its the best looking of the 3 and they are big cubes as well.

They might, but it will be the specials that get it, like a GT350 or a Mach 1. They make so much more money on the specials that we know the GT will always have one displacement.

I think this would be a good idea, NA 5.8L, or whatever is the biggest that could be crammed into the 2015 engine bay, 500 HP stock, and at least 475 Torque. With good suspension obviously.

I'm guessing they don't make those as fast as they could because it would have hurt sales of the Cobra Jet..? I'm not sure if they plan to continue that in 2015+.

Getting into an argument on facebook is about the biggest waste of brain cells I can think of. Its worse than getting into a forum arguement lol. Although I did mention that the AM Terminator is doing it wrong and some dumbass told me that 9.7 @148 is great for some 6 spd IRS magazine car he read about. At 148mph the car should be low 9s, not 9.7 but w/e...

Ain't that the truth. People on there are so stupid. They are the ones that give us Mustang owners a bad rap.

There is a sect of car owners in almost every car that gives it a bad rap. Some are worse than others. None is/was more notorious than Neon owners omfg... Almost every SRT-4 owner was so ****ing stupid it was unbelieveable. I they made a Civic SI FatF ricers look like a car gods.

But I have found that some of the worst offenders are Mustang owners.

Anyway, I'm still looking forward to the 2016/2017 refresh. I think the current S550 front end can be worked with and a rear fascia is easy enough to do. I mean the 10-14 is the same as the 05-09 as far as chassis.

Seriously, let's be honest. The next gen (I guess current, now) Mustang could have looked worse.

Have you seen the latest spy pictures of the Camaro? The front doesn't look like that at all.

the whole things body looks very similar, and it's out of the bulk camo.

I just googled it, and it looks like an XLR with flaps all over it. Not really meant as serious about it, rather bringing light how bad it could be. I keep hearing how great the 2016 Camaro will be, but going through some pages has shown me nothing on it.

Did you look at the actual magazine post with the camo car? Guessing you did not since you described something in the Google images.

This is it.
