I run a staggered set up with high Hp it works well.

Actually Dopy paw yes I spelled that on purpose just a return gift , YES
another 20 to 50 HP would justify beefier tires in the rear think about it
440 Hp - 470 Hp is quite a lot of power to run 245's on I think Ford
engineers have realized this and thus are compensating for the increase
in HP.
And 420hp is a lot got 235's but Ford does it. Duh!!! You troll!!!

Well well, so I have become a bad influence on other members. My trolling plan is working perfect. Yes, I too use two big black balls , 8 balls of course and shake them vigorously. My black balls have been certified by the Ford corporation.

Ford and GM are combining on a 8-10 speed automatic transmission. They announced it back in April. The German built models are already doing 8 speed. and with the need for better fuel economy, the choices are more speeds or a CVT. The CVTs are not popular, so they are trying to get as many speeds as possible, especially for high HP applications. This allows a narrower range of rpms. The key is to get enough efficiency from the engine to overcome the loss from the shifts. That is why electric motors are likely for the future. A much wider range of rpms with constant torque. It overcomes a lot of the power loss from transmissions.

No Gladiatroll you get your info out of your a$$. Because everything you talk about is sh*t!

As for the Mustang Guru comment. As compared to you yeah I am. Even a pile of rocks knows more than you. Hence the saying. You're dumber than a pile of rocks.

To answer your 10 speed tranny question. Will it materialize? That is easy... Automobile manufactures must comply to a 54.5mpg by the year 2025. So yeah it will materialize in the future. If you would read more on government laws and less of talking out of your A$$ you would now this.

Mustang6g said the projected cost of a base V6 mustang should be about $1800 more than the 14' model. So I would say the base GT should be a few hundred more than $1800. $23-$24K range for a base V6 and probably in the $33-$34k range for a base GT. it was from mustang6g so take it for what it is. They are a pretty good source for info. unlike Gladiatroll.

See that's good to know. $1,800 more is not bad considering all the advancements the new mustang has over the current model. I wonder if Ford will give any factory rebates as they did and been doing which is just a question out loud and don't expect you too know at this time. Lol.

-1 Dopy head.... your level of wisdom is on par with a hammer and a sack of
nails ..... you really have no idea of my intellectual capacity so I will not amuse
your small brain with it..... that being said yes the mustang will have a 10 speed eventually and then way down the road even electric power ....... not something I would buy..... but a 6 speed auto with DI that's appealing to me.
Now quit acting like you know it all , it's pathetic.....

Doubt it. Rebates are used to incentivize sales when necessary, a first year run of a new model should NEVER see rebates or incentives beyond financing discounts (that last part is my opinion).
