Looking back at the Mach1, a true interpretation would be to move the headlights into the grill. Just like the '69 version.Click image for larger version

Looks much better with the driving lights in the grill. I am very surprised ford didn't do the 2015 this way.

In the 2015 vert, I deleted the fusion headlight with a replacement front bumper that has the recessed lower grill to give the profile more resemblance to the previous model years. The vert has a fully automated motorized hardtop that emerges from the rear trunk.Click image for larger version

I tried a couple of lighting options on the mach1: one is tinting the lights. The other is installing halos. I think the halos make it more bug eyed...Click image for larger version

No more Shelby.
I'd personally do a reverse dual heat extractor hood.
Bottom with the iconic terminator fogs
And the scoops to be fake ones like always my .02 I love some of ur mods tho 0.0

Now that is sick!
Only thing I would change is a triple to quads.

Really LOVE the lines tho!

Great job

Here's a version where I substituted the tri-tip exhaust for a quad. Made the diffuser black, added a rear spoiler, put back license plate and added Cobra name on deck lid.Click image for larger version

I don't know if some of you remember the classic Maxell ad, but if you can try to imagine what the Borla tri-tip exhausts sound and feel like...it would be something like that iconic ad.Click image for larger version

I like it.
I still think the heat extractor should be more 03/04 cobra style with it more centered

I love the tri-tip exhaust look. The tri-tips compliment the triple taillights. I suspect the GT350 could have the fog lights in the grill because I do not think it will be sold in Europe like the regular Mustang. The grill looks so kool with the fog lights in the corner.

I say remove the mustang emblem and do dual center mounted fogs
Or no center fogs at all in the grill/lights in the grill.
Other than that, I love the trio theme!

From what I was told by my dealer Ford will have a limited number of 2014.5 Mustangs, but they will be in the body style of the 2013/14. The dealer told me Ford will have special badging for the 50th and different wheels and interior accents. Patel of Ford said the 2015 will be available for purchase in the fall of 2014. So a 2014.5 will not be in the 2015 body style. Take it for what it is worth. Myself I'll believe it when I see it. However with the 15' not available till fall I can see a limited run of the 13/14 body style 2014.5.

Unfortunately Ford always screws up the Anniversary models. They end up being below expectations. Previous models have just been badging and maybe special logo seats. That was the whole problem with the 2015. Everyone had such high expectations since it was the 50th. If the S550 had just been the newest mustang it would have been received much better. So now the 2014 body is the 50th anniversary model and will be badging and limited production. Yawn. It's great for people that love the 14 and hate the 15, but kind of a strange way to do a 50th. An anniversary model should have some standout feature, like a SC, upgraded suspension, etc.

Agreed. Very anticlimactic. It's like HAPPY BIRTHDAY your birthday is April 17th! But you get no cake. No presents. nothing until August. Instead here's some leftovers from last week but no worries we spruced it up for you by putting some gravy on that old chicken. Everything is birthday dinner worthy if we put gravy on it. ENJOY!

Hey Sakol, can you do a mock up of a red '15 with a black roof/spoiler/hood vents/wheels if you have a chance please? Curious to see if it's too much black or not? This pic u posted earlier would show all good enough and I have zero skills doing this lol

Speaking of badging, I was hoping there'd be a 2015 one. Anyway, been working on what the 50th emblem design would be like. After sketching a few, decided on a clean simple 50th for the rear deck lid. I think tinting the taillights really brings out the chrome of the commemorative 50th faux gas cap.Click image for larger version

That badge would be the first thing I change out if I get that car. It's a monstrosity.
