My 2015 MODS

After seeing the 2015, I'm looking forward to future mods for that custom look. I'm hoping Roush, Shelby, and others bring some cool parts for the new stang.

Here are my first wishes: an aftermarket front fascia to delete that Ford-Fusion-Headlights-look, a receding lower grill panel, and a rear quarter panel side vents.

Here's another wish: a 2015 bullitt mustang fastback conversion.

With the front fascia deleting the Ford-Fusion-Headlight amber light corner signals, it would be cool to mod the turn signals this way. Here's a pic of the sequential and the link...

The concept is cool, I'll admit, but have you ever seen one of the aftermarket tuners change the front end so much as to include new headlights and fenders? I haven't. And I highly doubt those LEDs will be any form of indicator light (but since they'd have to be entirely new units I guess they could be wired up, but now we'd need side markers as well)

It's just an idea to replicate the turn signal of the rear to include the front. It actually doesn't need it because there's always the turn signal at the bottom corners of the the lower grills...just above the foglights.

Here are side view comparisons with the new fascia. I like it when it resembles 2012 model.

I did a 2015 front with a 2012 fascia. The first image is the original 2012 Shelby fascia I used. The second is the new 2015 front and the third image is the 2015 with the 2012 Shelby fascia with upper grill GT foglights.

Not sure I like this version. Maybe the lower foglights could be bigger.

Here's another take on the 2015 front fascia. I raised the hood to add a vent and went all black on the lower grill. Looks more 'aggressive' in red, yellow or green I think.

I like the yellow too! Too bad there's no more yellow blaze for the 2015.

Here's my latest and greatest...my personal 2015 Saleen.

Mod List:
An evolution of the Saleen hood with vent.
The lower grill with foglights and the vertical tri-panel air intake design to mimic the tri-LED lights.
I never liked Ford's take of chopping off the front so I brought back the arrow shaped point of the front hood, bumper and lower grill. I even made the tip of the front hood dip a little to make it look like it's 'growling'.
I added the rear quarter panel side air vent.
And of course, deleted the Fusion-headlight-look.
Just for fun, I deleted the door handles, the rear spoiler, and the antenna stub for a streamline look.

Thought I remember hearing that we had or were opening a center in Silicon Valley? Then again I'm not familiar with CA, is that considered SoCal?

Silicon Valley's in NorCal...closer to SanFran. Nice area since I used to live in SanFran.

Well I just finished doing my personal vision of the 2015 Mach1. It'll probably require about four main mod parts: the front fascia, headlights/ foglights, hood, and rear quarter panels. Here's the original Mach1 and current 2015 Ford model for reference.Click image for larger version

Here's what the rear of the 2015 Saleen might look like. I carried over his horizontal vents, extended the rear to make the deck lid/taillights recessed inward, added the spoiler wing, and of course the badass tubular exhausts.

I've included the original rear 2015 for comparison.Click image for larger version

I dont want to start an argument here, but I'm a native of San Francisco, though now reside in Dallas. No better area than the SF Bay Area--and go Niners!

Agree with you about SF. But since you live in Dallas, you have to blend with the locals by driving this

Since I'm not a big fan of spoilers in general, here's a version without it. I also did a different deck lid and a version in'Orange County' color.Click image for larger version

There's a lot of horizontal and vertical lines. Feels a bit like a ninja went to two with a sword slicing at it.
