It's weird to see a stock Mustang with the wheel gap being the same in the front and back. I assume that's IRS related.

LOL, I agree. It isn't bad dont get me wrong but I will NOT be trying to jump to it. Something missing. Can't put a thumb on it bit just to... something that isn't mustang? You know what I mean? too long? too European? I don't know... but something.

Do like the tail lights better than my 2013 though

i think its great, still looks like mustang, we're in 2014, style changes had to come. i recently got a 14 and love it but i have a feeling once those start rolling around i might be a little jealous
once they begin to be modded they're going to look insane

It looks great. Maybe they took a cue from BMW on the stock ride height.

As much as I am an old die hard for the solid rear axle, it is/was time for Ford to take the Mustang into the 21st century. I'll be very interested in the auto write ups now as to how the Mustang fares with the Camaro on the track. The Boss always got shot down in this area with most auto writers.

It should handle fantastic now.

I don't know any magazine that shot down the handling of the boss . In fact most magazines were in love with the handling . IRS doesn't mean it's going to handle any better on the track . It just means it MAY handle the bumps better on crappy roads.

All the ones that are talking trash about them, will love them when they actually hit the streets. These 15s out the box are awesome!! No immediate need to drop them either which is a huge plus, if I didn't love and invest so much on my 11 GT I'd definitely consider getting one

I would say I was surprised with how much I liked the looks up close and in person of the car. The one thing I'm still not sold on is the tail lights. With that being said, I think some smoke tint on them would be a huge improvement and they would look great with the other features of the car. Overall very impressed though.

As much smack as ppl talk about this new version, it really has a lot of cues from the original one of the 60s, with a blend of modern lines. At least to the trained eye, wait till they hit the streets and we'll what happens. If u wanna get technical, the Fox Body looks absolutely NOTHING like the original Mustang and it did just fine.Click image for larger version
