Opinions on what rim to go with

Hey guys,

I'm looking at getting new rims and I'm keeping the stock pp tires but I want to get some opinions on what rim to go with.

It's between gloss black f14's, bronze sunburst f14's or the gloss black cf10. My car is dark metallic and the rims are going to be 19x9 and 19x10. I think the bronze sunburst would look good but I couldn't really find anyone with a set up like that with a grey car. The gloss black cf10's would give it a gt350 look and I'm leaning towards those. Opinions welcome!Click image for larger version

I like the gloss black rims with the Magnetic. Also, with the Ingot Silver. Either one, the gloss black rims really look good. IMHO of course.

I think your factory gloss black 19" PP wheels look better.

These wheels are sick. The color options plus the weight savings and strength are amazing, plan to order some myself when my 15 comes in!

I like the HRE wheels, but it is hard letting go of approximately $2800 for wheels without tires. That is 1/3 the cost of a supercharger, but I guess it's all relative to what you want from your car.

The FF15's weigh in at 24lbs for the 20x11. Pretty impressive!

Forgestars is the best for the money . Hre is like 6-900 a rim f that. F14s are about 4 and a lot lighter then stock definitely recommend looking into them

Finish on HRE is much better than Forgestar and you don't have to wait 4-6 weeks for a custom set. Don't get me wrong, I run forgestars on our Focus ST and have on some of our Mustangs but the quality of HRE is seriously second to none.

What about the flow form? Same quality?

Flow form is a cast version of HRE rims. They're still expensive, but not forged. I'm assuming that's what everyone is posting.

Flow Form Forging. Strength is almost on par with monoblock forging and the weight is about the same at about a 1/3 of the price. We're running flowforms on our 15 and I can't even explain the quality, its better than anything we've used.
Only other 3 brands of wheels I'd run are Velgen, Forgestar and Vossen. Velgen's tech and quality are up there and are TUV rated like HRE. Forgestar and Vossen are not. Just a small thing that sets them apart.
