Unhappy Still no tonneau caps for my convertible.

I was told by my dealer that Ford would be shipping out to the owners of 2015 Mustang convertibles the missing tonneau caps by April 15th directly to the owner' home address. I haven't seen them yet. Has anyone else received the tonneau caps, and if so how did you get them?

Thanks in advance.

I asked that same question on mine. Dealer said 2015 convertibles didn't have them.

Nothing about Ford sending them direct to owner. Don't think Dealer knew. They couldn't understand why the 2014 convertible did and 2015 didn't.

I recieved an answer:
Hello George,

My name is Leif, I am from Ford`s Customer Relationship Center (CRC). I have reviewed your email regarding the tonneau covers of your 2015 Ford Mustang.

To assist you, I have checked our resources and verified that you should be receiving the tonneau cover of your vehicle by mid-May. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you and we request your patience regarding this issue.

Thank you for contacting Ford Motor Company.

Sincerely,

Leif

Great, also I talked to the sales guy that sold me my convertible today. Same message as your post. He didn't know until he doubled checked with his service guys who told him. Good Job...

Hello. I have heard the same story from Ford Canadarm. I have not seen my tonneau caps yet either. Took delivery in January.
