Tall 6'3 + 2015 Mustang owners (HELP)

I am considering upgrading my 2014 v6 mustang to 2015 GT premium.

I am 6'4 210 pounds and have no problem fitting into my 2014 V6 Mustang ....i am actually surprised at how comfertable it is for me. When my dealer got 2015 Mustangs in i tried to sit in one and my head was literally touching the interior roof of the car. My friend was laughing at me saying only bottom half of my head could be seen through side window from outside.

No matter how i tried to adjust the seat it was like that so is the new Mustang smaller or was i doing something wrong when trying to adjust the seats.

Lean that seat way back and use the all new telescoping steering wheel. Plus, you will look cooler.

I'm 6'2 and I have plenty of room. I have recaros though. Some cars aren't meant for tall people though.

As mentioned before, you might have to rock the gangsta lean and telescope the wheel to your reach.

I'm 6'4" and 220 lbs. My 2015 GT has the Ricaro seats that can be manually jacked up or down, as well as the old-style front to rear slide. I have no problem with either head room or leg room, and the seat is not lowered to its lowest position. The seat back is not raked back to gangsta mode.

Maybe his torso is super long and his legs are short.

I'm 6' 3 &1/2' and test drove the 15 and had no problem whatsoever. It is going to depend on how you body is proportioned, if you have a long trunk and shorter legs your head might hit the roof but as I remember there was plenty of room. Look up the specks for the two cars and compare the headroom heights.

What he said.
No problems with my '13 -I'm 6'5" and I can even wear my helmet at the track ( that's a bit tight though).
I test drove a premium 15 (no helmet!) and had no problem fitting.

Hello

6'5" 290

You need to get a car with the power drivers seat so you can rock back and adjust.

Now worries about someone sitting behind you.

With our size I don't think anyone could sit behind us, in a mustang. Well besides a child, and that's still pushing it.

I am 6'4, 228 and have no problem sitting in either the GT coupes or verts. The battery might not be fully charged so the power seating might not work 100%.

I ordered a vert which comes with slightly more headroom. More so when the tops down (sarcasm that isn't funny). I fit into it perfectly fine and comfortably with enough space. You should try sitting in the model you want and take one for a test drive to get used to the driving position you would be sitting in as this can make a big difference (slouching, leaned back, stiff).

Hope it works out for you.

6'4" 280lbs here. I have no issues in my '13 and when I sat in a '15 at my dealer I had no issues either.

Does that mean you fit good in it?

No one else is having a problem with the adjustment for driving the 2015. Sorry but if your the only one having problems, YOU GOT A FAT HEAD.

You could have a glass roof installed so you can drive with your head in the open top.

I'm 6'4, and the only trouble I have is with the my head whacking the top of the roof when i'm trying to get in or out. Otherwise, no problems sitting regularly.
