Looking to trade my 14 v6 for a 2015 5.0

Here is the window sticker of the one I am going to look at next weekend. Click image for larger version

They have it listed at 35k (Internet price) how much room do you think I have to talk them down?

Also if I can get your opinions on this scenario.. I have some bad *** wheels and tires on my v6 (AM gloss black gt500 style 19s staggered) what are the odds after we have come to an agreement on a price that the dealer would put my wheels that are on the v6 on the new 5.0 and take the wheels off the 5.0 and put them on my v6? I would really love to put the gt500 wheels on the 15.
Thoughts?

Thanks here is a pic of my trade in.. It has 7300 miles. Hoping to get at least 18k for it. Click image for larger version

The 15 GT brakes are bigger than 14 so make sure your old wheels clear. Different pitch on lug nuts too.

Wow yeah mine has 7200 miles on it right now. It's a base with sync and automatic and appearance package. I was hoping to get atleast 18k but now I think I should get over 19 what do you think

OP...You're losing sight of the fact that they gave $19K off the MSRP for Paulcqt.
If you get $20K off your $38,000 MSRP that would be $18,000 you would owe.
If you got $18,000 for your trade, off the $35,000 price, you would owe $17,000. Don't expect to get top trade-in value on a price tag that's already been reduced about $3,000.
I'd say $35,000 for that car is not bad. That's a little below invoice.
Find out what you can expect to get for your car from a private party. Then find out what the dealer will give you, keeping in mind a trade-in will reduce your sales tax by about $1,000 for a $16,000 trade-in. In other words you would have to get at least $1000 more from a private sale to make up what you would be saving in sales tax.
Just throwing some numbers around to make you think about it.
