2015 rear end look

Opinions on the look of the 2015 rear end, to plain looking, lights, emblem. Not as pleasing as the 2013,14.

I very much like the appearance of the rear of our 2015 GT convertible......it is Guard Metallic, so I might add that the bottom diffuser blends in MUCH better than some of the brighter colors do to my eye. The lighter, brighter colors have this big body colored "thing" hanging off the rump of the car.
If I had one of those colors, I would paint my diffuser black......but overall, I think Ford did a great job making the new Mustang look modern while still paying tribute to the original --- but without being retro.

I actually love the yellow contrast on the diffuser. One of the main selling points. I painted the diffuser on my 2012 camaro to match the body. To each their own it would seem.

Yes it's fast, no you can't drive it.

Indeed............I knew and was hoping that someone with a lighter color would weigh in here and tell us how much they love the contrast. That's why there's more than one color in the brochure!
One of the main reasons we got the Guard color is because all of the ground effects blend in better.........We are in our mid 60's and kinda' like that the car flies a little under the radar compared to some other colors. Still makes some people smile to see this grey haired guy driving around with the top down though -- especially when I jump on it a bit................

2015 rear end look

In my opinion I think the 13-14 has the best rear , but it's all just based on the persons likes. In the end it's still a mustang and that's all that matters

I just traded off my 2013 for a 2016 because I think it looks much better. I still think my 2011 looks better than my 2013 did. Always regretted getting the 2013, wish I would have looked for a used 2011-12 GT. I would still have it.

Love the rear. Car is black. Considered tinting the reflectors and back up light. Decided not to.

I smoked out everything behind the front bumper. I think it looks better than the random red from plastics.

I'm a fan; I've been obsessing about thatass since I first saw the 15s. It seems to have 3 distinct looks. One from directly behind, one from an angle, and the side profile of the rear end. The only thing that sometimes detracts, at least to me, is when the area between the lights is black and the car is not black or white.
