Picking Rims and Tires HELP!

Im looking at getting some new rims and tires as i have found a buyer for my performance pack ones. Im hoping to stick around 3k price wise and plan on lowering the car latter so i am not over concerned with wheel gap right now.

Im thinking about doing Nitto Invo tires no matter what i got with because I had them on my last mustang and absolutely loved them. The only thing im worried about is i want to do 305 wide in the rear but those only come in 305/30-19 so i think the sidewall might be a bit small. Any advise or opinions on what that might look like would be much appreciated.

The harder decision for me is the rims. Right now i am looking at the HRE flowforms in tarmac black or Forgestar f14s in matte black. It seems that every aftermarket wheel option for the 15 looks almost the same just slightly different shapes. Any suggestions or comments would be awesome.

Side note looking to fun 275 wide up from and 305 wide in the rear preferably.

The stock tires had 4" sidewall while the 305 would be 3.6".
Not too bad. And I'm not a fan of low profile tires.

Just ordered some custom forge stars 20-9.5 up front and 20-11 rear with 35 and 53 offsets to fit 275/35-20 nitto invos up front and 315-35-20 nitto invos in the rear. Can't wait for them to show up.
