Question about eBay vendor catchcanstore

Anyone ever dealt with the vendor Catchcanstore on eBay? He offers UPR catch cans, but then the delivery dates are almost two months out. That, and I made an offer on one of his products and have no response from him other than to raise the price on the catch can while the listing was still active! I've never seen that done before.
Who else offers UPR catch cans at a decent price?

The prices don't seem any better than what you can get by going to uprproducts.com and buying direct.

And, he never even countered my first offer. Given how long he is stating to ship etc, I don't think I'll do any business with him.

Did you report the item to EBay?

You pretty much have your answer: don't do business with the seller.

He isn't doing anything "wrong" technically speaking but the guy obviously doesn't know how to run an eBay store.

If this is the same seller mentioned above, please call eBay and register a complaint?

1-866-540-3229

Ask to register a complaint on a seller, and they then transfer you to the right department.
