Do they have a "winter gas" configuration where you live? The oxygenated gas here in the winter drops your mpg about 15%.
If not, your mpg sounds a lot lower than some here. I get mid 20's all day long at highway speeds. What gear ratio do you have?

On my trip to pick up my exhaust, I got between 23 and 24 on the way there. Averaged 26 on the way back until I put my foot in it lol.

Do you have the pp? I would imagine the 373 gear would kill highway mileage. Although regardless it sounds low.
