Back in the saddle

Well long story short : had a 2012 v6 that I modded out, got addicted and then got a stage 2 roush as I wanted more power, then proceeded to supercharge it and blow the engine, got bent over by ford, but still missed the mustang community I was involved with. Stating over in life and as a gift to myself I got a brand new 15 5.0 that I got a huge deal on that was still on the lot. Safe to say I have no plans outside of exhaust on this one as its plenty fast out of the box. Ok maybe a few cosmetics as they come out. Click image for larger version

Beautiful GT you've got there.............but "I am only going to do the exhaust and mod nothing else?".......................famous last words!

Thanks. Trying to be good with my money, plus crap is expensive for these cars. $1500 basically for catbacks hurts your feelings. I have other priorities plus it's fast as hell out of the box, just a little too tame in the exhaust note
I lost way too much money on the last 2 so I'm taking this one super slow.
I get to Cruise some east tn backroads tomorrow so I'm going to have fun with it.

Sounds like a lot of modders could learn something from your experiences.

Back in the saddle

Congrats.

I had the same experience. 2014 V6 where modding became too addicting.

Now I have a 2016 GT and like you, sound and cosmetics really. I wont be going all out just yet. Gonna take it slow.

My 2014 was a base model v6 originally (no leather, interior lighting, etc). Lol not to mention all the performance stuff that was added.
