Wow.....this would be fun!:

Ford Focus RS Gets AMS Performance Tune to 410 HP | Automobile Magazine

I'd still feel cheated when compared to the EcoBoost in the ' Stang. Why would Ford do this to the Mustang? I don't think it would even be safe to upgrade the EB in the Mustang to this level of power because of the different cylinder liners in the RS.

Saw an RS on the dealer lot today where my car was being serviced. $5k "market adjustment" bumped the price up to $48k. Must have had a bunch of options.

A $5K bump over MSRP is probably one of the more reasonable dealer markups nation wide.
It will take a year or so for them to come back to MSRP pricing, I think.

Shop around. They have them at MSRP. I contemplating getting one for like a second, then changed my mind!

For the same price, you can get a GT Premium with PP & Recaros.

Ugh, there is no reason that my N/A 2007 GT should have a better 1/4 time than the 5.0. I don't have a 5.0 but I would have expected it to be in the high 12's. That being said, I don't feel like the Focus driver was particularly skilled either...
