Here's and interesting article.
At 50, new-look Mustang still has plenty of muscle - Yahoo Finance
The best quote from that page.
"Mustang buyers will have three engines to choose from: updated versions of the current 3.7-liter V6, which gets a projected 300 horsepower, and 5.0-liter V8, with 420 horsepower, as well as a new 2.3-liter EcoBoost four-cylinder that gets a projected 305 horsepower. Ford will also offer updated six-speed manual and automatic transmissions.
Final numbers for horsepower and fuel economy will be released later."
The only thing I care about from this article is what is highlighted in bold. This just happens to coincide with what the engineer from Ford told me about the issues with the MT82. That sometime in January or February they will be releasing an updated clutch design with stiffer springs and a different clutch material and a revision to the clutch pedal assembly that will completely resolve the clutch pedal stay-out issue. Also, they are sending out another additive or fluid for the MT82's to fix the cold shifting issues. These fixes will apply to both V6 and V8 models from all model years 2011+.
