It looked like s**t, handled like a sack of potatoes and was expensive as hell--that's why it didn't sell. That car was a product of the Jacque Nasser years--wasteful and not profitable. Any new premium model (Ford GT/Daytona???) would need to have the performance, luxury, handling and build quality to be able to compete with a premium market. There's rumors
of a Lincoln coupe swirling that could use the under pinnings of the '15 Mustang...also of a proper rear drive 4door Lincoln model to compete with the CTS...time will tell...maybe at the NAIAS we'll get a preview
