2015 Mustang build quality issues

Hi, newbie to forum here.
Just got my '15 mustang last week. Picked up car on rainy day and didn't inspect car too well, next day notice some quality issues want to share and see if anyone else have any with their new stang and how you resolved your issue.

First issue front bumper near headlight, it warped and there is gap about quarter of an inch. See photo attached.

Scheduled with dealer for service. Finally a week later, today dealer serviced it: they heated it, clamp it down and cool, it looks a bit better but tonight gap is coming back again.

Second issue, one vent on dashboard does not open.
This issue still "waiting for parts".

That's some bulls*t. I had a gap like that my 06 (front bumpers were notorious to warping and bending) that drove me nuts until the car was totaled. Problem was fixed in 2010.

Hate to see it back again...

Sadly that is truth. Honestly no one is going to notice that, but you.

When I test drove an EB, I noticed the interior popped, rattled and squeaked as much or more than my 2014, which I was also not impressed with.

The interior was nice, but the build quality was lacking considering it's an all new platform.

As for your issue, if that were my car, I would make them fix it and fix it properly.

I returned a car for that, i used to have a veloster turbo and 5 hours after purchased i had to return to the dealer for rattles and something similar on my front bumper.

They fixed it but i was not happy because the car was brand new and already had problems. I sold the car after 5 months and got my mustang, so far the best purchased i have ever made.

Are 2015 build quality issues widespead?

Are most happy with the interior & exterior build quality on your 2015?

I am looking to fly to LA this week to buy an obviously unseen, 2015 V6 Convertible. I am greatly interested in hearing the good and bad reports on the 2015 (Convertible especially).
I am on my way to the South Bay to see my first 2015 convertible.

My test of the 2015 was a bit similar. While the switches and buttons in the interior look better, they are made of slightly thinner plastic and slightly cheaper components. It reminded me of my dad's Audi. Very nice, but be gentle with it.

the '15 vert is awesome, lots of soft touch materials and aluminum inside.
leaps and bounds over the '15 camaro, i looked at both before making the right choice.
would i buy again? hell yea.
