Watching I phone

Just traded in my wife's 08 GT/CS in for a 2015 ecoboost. She's having a fit not being able to watch her soap opera on her I phone because there's no volume. Tried everything with Bluetooth, any suggestions?

Press and hold the power and home button at the same time until you get the apple logo then you can release both buttons and let it restart. This solves 99.99% of software issues on an iPhone

Has she tried the side button if it's flipped down sometimes sound doesn't work. Also when it is up make sure she has the volume turned up.

I think if you line the two up the ecoboost would win
