Extended Warranty

Later today I'm picking up Ruby Red Ecoboost pp mustang and I've been reading about the Floods Ford ESP. Does it really work? It's so much cheaper than what the dealer wants. I'm planning on showing him the Floods quote and asking if they will match it. Has anyone made a claim using it?

Thanks, I can't wait come on 1:00 o'clock

Joe,

Welcome to Mevo....th Ford ESP wtty is the same wherever you get it. It is a matter of luck/opinion on if it's worth it or not. My .02 is if you can afford repairs on the unlikely chance you need it is to skip it. But if you won't be able to come up with $1000 3 or 5 yrs down the road once the original wtty is up (3 yrs B2B 5yrs powertrain) then consider it.

We expect pics when you get it.

Hello

Post pictures.

On Saturday I picked up a brand new blacked out 2015 Roush Premium EcoBoost with performance pack and track apps. I still can not sleep.

Enjoy the day.

Anybody have an idea how the dealership's do with warranties on cars with mods. When I see the service manager today I'm going to ask how they handle the different mods.

depends on dealer...mods do NOT increase your odds of getting wtty work done.

I did not get the extended warranty but I did get the tire/rim warranty. Plus I paid to have the car registered if it becomes stole or chopped.

The 48k or 4 years extended warranty was too much at about $1400.

I will be looking to upgrade by then and my car is a weekender/road trip car so I may put 6K miles on it in a year.

I don't expect to have any problems

I'm going to get my Extended Warranty from Floods Ford online if the dealer won't match the price $1370 for 8yr 100k miles. Look it up online if your interested.
