Short Throw Shifter

Hey guys, I'm looking at a couple short throw shifters for my 2015 V6. My question is, why should I go for a full shifter rather than just a shorter lever? I'm wanting more of the sporty feel of the shorter throws, so I'm not sure what the difference is between the two.

MGW is the ONLY way to go. best without question in every way. The race spec corrects high RPM shift issues and it is like a hot knife through butter

MGW shifters will give a shorter throw, more precise shifts, stiffer centering springs, and full adustability. It is a better shifter from start to finish.

I was not happy with distance I had to reach on my short throw. With the MGW I have the option to place the shifter at a comfortable angle.

The shifter is in 5th gear in this pic.

The shift handle mounts using a machined housing that allows you to position the shifter in any manner you would like. Two Allen screws / locking screws hold everything secure as it clamps the housing to the shifter.

Your install will be a little different than on my car, but the results will be the same.

After reviewing the 2014 install it may not be possible to have the same adjustments as I have. To be honest, the 14 install looks like a pain, but it is worth the time.
