See what I mean people? This is why I am against making a published run! Look at the opinions thus far! Just buy the wastegate and install it, and you will love it! You don't need a tune!

No way am I going to make a published run!

There are many Mustang owners or potential owners who would be interested in the results. “Feeling” the difference on the street and dropping your ET by 1/2 a second are massively different things.
Yeah I understand! The question is how much time us it worth to have high boost in 3rd gear? And what 14psi of boost means to my 60ft! I'm running street tires not drag radials! Most seem to ignore this fact! The Ecoboost tat are stock who made 13 seconds had to have a tune or drag radials!

OK guys, I'll make the run under one condition! That is, I'm on street tires and may not be able to put all the power to the ground! So whatever the time is, keep this in mind!

It's all up to my 60ft!

LoL! Its the 60ft time that matters! Even at 280 with traction control on its tough!

You think drag racing is easy? Without drag radials, you get what you get!

You can tell I'm just spinning the tires in the 60ft, even with traction control! 2.6 sec vs 1.9sec means a lot of tire spin! So this dictates my next mod! Drag Radials for the rear!

I won't let you all down! I'm on Standby for some drag radials! I knew this would happen!

Remember 14psi in 1st and 2nd is very aggressive!

If you know anything about dragracing, then you understand how lopsided my ET and Trap Speed is!
14.7 at 96mph is off! Cause I ran a 14.3et at 96 as my best run! So you can see I made up alit of time very quickley!

I made up a lot of MPH very quickly!

The SOTP dont lie! She's much stronger than she used to be for sure! I'm proud of her! You gotta get the wastegate. The numbers don't lie! How do you run 14.3et @ 96mph, and 14.7er @96mph, if there is no wheel spin?

Its not a joke! With more power, you have to account for getting it to the ground! I have overpowered my street tires! This the reason I didn't want to publish the run, until it made sense! But you all wanted to know what the real numbers are, and I obliged! When 8 say I'm making 14psi in 1st and 2nd gear, I just proved it! USS my tires can grab traction with that much boost!

Nope! Don't need tune!

This is precisely the reason I didn't wsntbto post, because I knew guys like you would try to destroy the credibility of my info!

Your not a drag racer, so you don't understand things properly! So do me a favor and keep your opinions to yourself, and we shall leave it at that!!

You don't need a tune, just tire!

I figured you did! I know your looking for any reason!

I have not done anything to get an attitude from you, except post the truth!! I could have lied and said I made 13et, but I'm not a liar!

Ecoboost running 13s stock is far and few between!! Not going to catch me lying about the power and its ability! Just the truth!

Anyways. I need drag radials, so this thread can go too sleep. Until I return!!

I usually launch at 400orpm and pull a 2.2 60ft! Unfortunately trying to do 1/4 mile run safely doesn't lend itself to a 2nd chance! I'll have to go to the track, to o properly test this wastegate!

A time slip is reliable and credible. Go the track and get a real time slip - it will either show you have made a 13 second pass or not - no challenge to credibility with a time slip.

Yeah I realize that JimC! I only attempted one pass because if the traffic! If I was at the track, I'm sure I could have made a better time! Thanks for the input!
