What could be causing this?

I recently had my park lamp fuse (#22) on passenger side on my 2014 Mustang v6 blow up. Replaced it and saw that it blew up again within 5 minutes. So know i've been told there is a shortage happening that's causing it to blow up. Anyone have an idea what could be causing the shortage?

It's called a short circuit or "short" not a shortage. You will have to inspect the wiring for the parking lights for any damage such as abrasion, bare wires, cuts, etc.
