Kinda need to know what your platform is, year, engine, transmission, mileage... after catching up on the maintenance, generally speaking, throttle body, gears, exhaust, tuner, etc. I'm sure there are others.

I'd get a handheld tuner with tune(s) first and foremost, then new axlebacks (not really a performance gain, but it has to actually sound like a V8/muscle car), lowering springs, shocks, and struts. Skip the CAI.

Tuner, tires, LCA and UCA, panhard bar, sway bars, shocks and springs. No point in upgrading the engine, if you can't plant the power to the ground.
