Beard trimmers?

Those of you with facial hair, answer me this (or these, I guess): What beard trimmer do you use? Do you like it? If you were going to buy a new one tomorrow, which one would you buy?

Re: Beard trimmers?

I use a Remington titanium blade trimmer that has 5 or 6 length settings and is detachable so you can use just the blade. It also sucks the hair down into a little tray so there isn't hair everywhere. All you have to do is dump the tray and your good to go. It cuts well and the battery stays charged for a long time too. I definately recommend it to others. I think its like $30 but don't quote me on that because my mom got it for me for Christmas one year.

Re: Beard trimmers?

I have a Remington : Remington - Men's Grooming - MB-900 High Precision that I use to trim, but for actual shaving I use a schick quattro. The electric razors are never as close as actual blades, and the ones that say they are lie.

I would buy this again, based on the price it is. I'm sure there are more precise ones, but its a solid one for its price.

Re: Beard trimmers?

I personally like the Mach 1/8th blades. They are hard to find these days though. Here's a picture of mine:

The precision end on the back is great for nose hairs.

Re: Beard trimmers?

When I'm just trimming or whatever, I use the Philips - Electric razor 7810XL/18 -. But if I'm shaving like I have to do once a month for uncle sam, I go with a Gillette Fusion.

Re: Beard trimmers?

For regular shaving I use the Gillete Fusion but I have to shave so much and have such a tough beard, I wear the blade out in 3 days. At that rate I can't afford the blades. 4 blades is like $28!
