Alright, comments please.
When I read this I rolled my eyes, more people trying to get money out of a bad situation.
"The Bracys said Wal-Mart's gun department could have checked Wal-Mart's own security files or the pharmacy department's prescription records before selling her the weapon. "
Wouldn't that be invading their personal privacy?
"But pharmacy prescription records are confidential under a 1996 federal law, so stores cannot use them when deciding whether to sell a gun."
OH THAT'S RIGHT! IT IS!
the real question is, if she's this mentally ill person, how come they didn't go with her to Walmart to get the medication? They even said how she didn't want to take medication and would stay in her room all day..
I really hate people like this.
Reminds me of the people who tried robbing that bank in Los Angeles and they had AK47's, shot a bunch of people (no one died which was a MIRACLE) but the robbers (one killed himself, the other was fatally shot by the cops) died because the ambulances couldn't reach them in time.
So the mother of one of the gun men tried suing for that. Damn it I hate people
