how do new wheels make it look like it can go off roading?

anyways, for your truck, i'd say #3 if you are staying at stock height.

Plenty of reasons. For one my truck is built on a 4x4 suspension. It sits higher then an xlt and is NOT safe to do a key flip like I was thinking about doing. 2 it would cost me about 3 grand to change out the front suspension to lower it and there are plenty of things i'd rather spend 3grand on. 3 most of the trucks used in pro offroading ARE 2wd. Look at all the desert racing trucks they are mostly 2wd. I plan on having a nice mixer of streets and looks. I want it to be a nice looking truck on the street but if I decide to go get it dirty I dont want some nice 1500 set of wheels to get ruined.

Thats not totally true. If you have a locker and some good tires and know how to drive and not take trails or puddles that are out of your reach. You can go just about anywhere a 4x4 can go. Dont believe me then go check out www.generation-edge.com that is my main forum right there and most those guys run 2wd's and build their trucks for offroad and dont get stuck very often.

No those are all built from american racing. They aren't mean't to be flashy like wheels on mustangs or ecplises. They are built to be tougher and to take more damage then your avg wheel can. All three of those are offroad wheels.
