what do you plan to do to your car in 2005??

I plan on finishing up my body work, engine swap, interior, and paint by April for FFW and Braggin' Rights '05 (I got my work cut out for me!). After that gets done its time for stereo - not much I just want to listen to my classic rock radio and occasionally a cd - no subs either. After the stereo its on to suspension, 4 wheel power disc brakes, and some 17" polished TTII's and tires.

New front bumper with carbon fiber chin lip.
Install the carbon fiber hood I bought for my car for xmas
new C/F roof fins, side mirros and B piller covers.
Get rid of my altezzas.

In case y'all havent figured, I have decided to go cosmetic since I have quite a bit of power right now anyway

get rid of my current car, settle into a 91 notch 4cyl and save some money and then eventually drop a 5.0 into the notch and drive that as long as time permits!

If I keep the truck, new wheels with 31in tires. Change to dual exhaust, www.bamachips.com programmer, hard tonue(sp) cover, then possibly pic up a fox to play with.

more intake/exhaust work on the '02 (currently only shorty headers, catted midpipe and catback are in progress.. cash wise anyhow) underdrive pullies and a chip.. (maybe a predator?)

but mostly I'm gonna focus on my 89... restoring it..

95 v6 - a lil burst of speed in the works and need to get some body work and paint done hopefully

87 GT - working on a rear end build up now and will have a good suspension setup soon

other then that, the sky is the limit, or maybe the cash flow is the limit!

Either long tube headers, 3.73's, and a 3000 rpm converter; or an ATI Procharger. Probably the first.

Bullitt Suspension package, caster camber plates, strut bar, sub frame connectors. exhaust, and either the "Mustang" rocker stripes or the Saleen fader stripes.

Aiming low. Wanna go to Florida either for spring break or over vacation.

coming pretty soon (as soon as i can drop 1500 bucks and still have money in the bank) i will be getting a

Evo3 16g turbo (600 at forcedperformance.com)
2g mitsu turbo install kit (200 from forced performance)
190lph walbro fuel pump (90 bucks, again forced performance)
550cc injectors (either 200 from forced performance, or my buddy might get 660's, so 50 bucks)
apexi safc2 (250 on ebay)
Polyurethane Motor Mounts(cure for wheelhop, as well as 30% increase in traction)

then that is as far as the gst goes engine wise. i hear that after you hit the 300whp mark, the tranny is running on borrowed time. so as soon as all this goes in, ill start the saveup for a shepracing.com tranny rebuild(800).

or who knows, maybe that perfect 99+ GT will arrive on my driveway one of these days.

I really need to take it easy on my finances for a while though so it may take a few months to get everything rounded up.

I need to get my takeoffs and mufflers installed....That's #1

Other than that, my next mod will probably be 3.73 gears and t-lok. I need to work on better acceleration so that I can get a jump at the line. Somewhere inbetween now and the gears I'll have the mach1 grille delete and chin spoiler, as well as the clear gt foglights.

After all of that stuff I should be done for quite a while. My goal is to be quick enough so that when I go to fun ford weekend in may, I won't look like a damn fool lol

hmm lets see, pull the enigine and tranny, rebuild the engine, forged ect, make it stout, replace the tranny with a 5 spd., paint the truck olive drab WWII style with spray on letters and stars and such, do some suspension work, lift it up a bit, get some black steele wheels and some 35 in dunlop radial muds, fix exhaust, possibley replace the whole thing, pull the carpet, bedline the intereior, possibley bedline the bed, or just throw in a bed carpet. do some body work on the tailgate/rear bumper. fix up all the annoying little things. New system. Thats what I want to do, whether it will happen or not is the real question. We shall see.

EDIT I also forgot to mention replacing the windshield. That will prolly happen first and foremost because that crap is annoying.

either buy a fox or classic as a project and keep truck or sell truck and get a 94-04.

if i keep the truck and get a fox most of my money would be going to the fox, motor work/bolt ons, 5 lug swap (how hard is this to do, would i just need axles from 94+'s) or are they custom made.

anything to the truck would be little stuff...cai maybe a udp and rework the exhaust to have turn downs so i can put my hitch on (hits the pipes and spare tire since the spare is crammed in between the 2 pipes now)

well trying to setup a meeting to look at a 88 fox, friend of my girlfriends dad is selling it cuz he needs the money only wants 2k for it. I might beable to get him to come down a lil though. From what her dad has said its been done up pretty nicely motor and all wise, just needs some paint. Trying to find out if its hatch or notch...id prefer a hatch I think they look a lil more agressive, So i might hold out until I find one.

But if I get it what will be done follows:
5lug conversion w/ grey 10th anni cobras
cobra front/rear and saleen sides (possibly still looking for the right ones)
71-73 mach1 style hood (same as on redrums; pre-wreck )
spoiler...who knows
Dont know what has already been done to the motor so dont need to worry about that yet.
Paint will either be very dark glossy black or dsg. Trying to find a good fox pic of the stuff i want/like and photoshop.
