Thumbs up You know what would be sweet....

....is to save up the money & buy a factory five cobra kit, take a 5.4 stroked to a 6.0 & swap it in there. You would have a light 10 second all motor car. I figured with tax & everything the kit would be delivered w/tax about $12,500. You then could either go the cheap route & go to a graveyard & get my motor, trans, rearend, & swap it in there for cheap. Once you are all done you can sell it for twice or three times as much as you invested or like I would do keep it & put a 6.0 in there with a blower & possibly have a 9 second car. Then I would do it all over again, & again

it would be sweet if I had 14 billion dollars. Is that so much to ask?

Seriously, I could sell my car for like $15,000, get the kit w/the 6.0 trans, & a rearend. Once it is all together you could sell it for $30,000 at least. Soooo many (rich) people want cobras. It would be a fun learning investment. What do you think?

Ya my pops would help me. It would prolly take 6-8 months. I think you could get the motor, trans , and rear end for $2000-$3000. Those cars are like 2200lbs. You would be in the 11's if you put my motor in it. I am like 6'5 so I would have to make it custom.

eh replicas are teh suck. With that said theres actually a place in my town that makes replica cobras very odd found this out like last year.they charge 10 grand with a 5.0 in it.

I personally wouldnt ever spend globs of cash for a replica. Your replica would have to be very unique if your thinking on selling at over 30gs cause these rich shmucks will just buy one straight from Factory Five.

Id take that cash and throw it into my car BTW i dunno about a mod gt motor making a a factory 5 run 11s though.

Ya I run 12's & my car weighs 3400 or so. Cobras weigh about 2200 lbs. Every 100 pounds is a tenth at least.
