1st mod will prally be a cobra rear bumper cuz it needs one then header back exhaust w/ 2 1/2" pipe with either 1 or 2 chamber flowmasters and side exit (want really really loud)

its the maroonish red color. but theres primer on some of the spots, one big patch from someone keying it. (this guy took good car of it, whenever something happened he'd sand it out then fill it with primer to cover it, theres no body filler or rust spots which is a plus)

its speed density but redrum might sell me a conversion kit for it (never know he might decide to keep it and if so, o well. but that conversion is planned for it)

It used to be a 5spd but he had a auto tranny built for it because it was going to be his track car but he never got around to making it for the track. so theres a beefy auto tranny with a b&m ratchet shifter in there which is nice, but i wish the 5spd was still in it just to play around with lol

theres also minor stuff hes done, like a hood scoop, chrome valve covers, has flowmasters on it but i think he just swapped mufflers, the piping looks like the stock size. and some nice comfy leather racing seats in it (driver side needs bolting down...acts more like a rocking chair lol)

but not bad for $1500 damn im good at haggling
but i should have it either monday or tuesday. but its not that bad, hes only selling cuz his 15 y/o son totalled their taurus by backing into a tree ( in their yard lol )

i like the lx look, clean and simple with exhaust tips that are polished and angled up with the bumper.

yeh but i found that cervinis makes a 03/04 cobra hood for foxes, so i might do 93 cobra body kit with that hood and eventually get it repaited the reddish color or very dark/glossy black.

also a 5lug swap will be done.

thats awesome dude btw dont let the AOD scare ya mine is all redone and ha 5 or 6 speed has nothing on me

But my advice is dont jump around in mods. First and foremost if it doesnt have a tune up I suggest doing a full tune up. if theres any codes check them now there usually for the EGR or PCV.

Secondly I suggest stiffing up the fox with full length subframe bars and strut brace cause ill tell you what on your first speed run your def gonna feel how loose a fox is.

Third def change out the speed denisty to mass. cause your aftermarket cams arent gonna like you.

Even though foxs are very cheap to mod up but there also as easily to screw up with not the right mod combos. (read all the horror stories over at corral)

Good luck

the auto can be made to handle alot of power and be very fast in a straight line, just costs alot... if you want to have fun with autox adn what not however a manual is the ONLY way to go (and for the fun factor or driving and control... autos suxorz)

dunno atleast ur 64 is completly primer this is maroon and primer driver seat needs bolting down, needs either airbox tube (box to throttle body) or even the airbox itself. the b&m shifter he installed dont have the chrome trim around it so its 2 pieces of steel it looks like he bent them to screw it down to. theres other things, ill let the pics speak for me tomm when i get them hopefully.

im paying 1500 which aint bad considering the tranny is custom built, has the b&m ratchet shifter, new stero system w/ cd player and strong running motor still, chrome valve covers and flowmaster mufflers (stock piping though)

rear bumper:

side skirts:

with a GT front bumper if it would fit a LX...should though

and this hood:

and that sums up the body work, any body know what the little louver things the GT's have on the quarter windows and where i could buy some?

You cant put saleen side skirts and expect to fit gt quater extensions on cause it isnt happening. GT front bumper fits. BUT your gonna need to swap all those side molding cause I cant remember whether the GTs molding are thinner or fatter then the LXs

Secondly I hate that hood its differ but havent seen one in a pic or live in person yet.

If you want those extensions Id reccomend getting cobra side skirts wit the extensions

cervinis says those sideskirts are made for the LX... I dont think they would lie..besides the yellow one looks like a LX; look at the taillights

for the cobra extensions i need gt molding and the molding from everyplace ive seen is not cheap, you would think so for what it is but its not, so im finding stuff that will fit the LX w/o any problems.
