Ever Been so nervous....*Loooong Read*

Ever been so nervous that you dont even know what to do with yourself.
Man right now if I could sh*t a house I would. So heres the deal. (A little background info before hand before story)

Back in 03 I was Mr. Weed with my partner. Cause I couldnt get a job and had to make some kinda cash to be surviving and my partner needed some side cash to get his truck back on the road.I was doing it for about a year and I was starting to get recongized (cops wise dealer wise not a good combo) Never had the goal of being big.

So comes Dec. 28th coming from a 40 Below Summer / Il Nino show. We get back into my town and next thing I know we get pulled over quick fast. Cops get to th ecar and start automatically saying the car smells like weed and to get out the car cause there gonna search it and so furth. They search the car for almost an hour till they found it. The secert comparement thats in the car in that compartment sat a pound of grade a weed.

Boy did my heart stomach dropped. So we get arrested. (later found out person who sold me the **** was the one to snitch me out and boy did he ever so gratefully pay for that in return) So we get charged wit possesion (thankfully the cops were cool wit us and didnt state that it was an actual pound)

So after seeing the judge my sentence was that I had to take some drug rehiblation (sp) classes and 120 hours of community service.

So within that time of then entering 04 I decided I needed to straighten up and get my **** together. I ended up enrolling back to High school to get the rest of my credits. (which I finished not to long ago gradutated with the most credits ever in adult ed) I needed a job and now I have a full time and a side under the table job. I got accepted to the school I wanted to go to (Wyotech start in July baby )

And with all that I never had time to do my hours. The judge I had was just a total ***** and if theres anything in my dome I remember is if you dont do whats required the orgin sentence is going to full effect. Wanna know what my origin setence is.... min. is 7 years

Its like I have this feeling that all the turn around I did is gonna go down the drain. All I got to depend on right now is this number in my pocket. This guy was gonna help me get an extension but I dont have a PO officer so he couldnt do it.

I personally dont know what to do. Im scared Im nervous I dunno what im gonna do. Im so prepared for the worse. Well I think I am. I just thought Id never find myself in this prediciment and here I am.

I dunno if you guys are gonna care but I just needed to express my thoughts at the moment. I guess wish me luck and if you dont see me post after today then just kinda figure my *** got thrown in the HOUSE.

Sounds like you have an interesting meeting tomorrow...maybe the judge will let you do the community time if you do it in the next month..taking off work for a month would be better than prison IMO

Hard to be sympathetic for a drug dealer even if it was "only weed".

Anyway, you knew what the deal was with your options, you had plently of time to get your 120 hours in. You blew it and now you're all worried about it.

Guess your priorites haven't been fully straightened out and now you gotta learn it the hard way.

I guarantee the judge isn't going to be sympathetic to you either because they frankly don't care what your problem is, all they care about is if you did what they ordered you to, to them EVERYTHING else is secondary at best.

Your pretty much correct but its def alot harder to do free work when you work till 5 and then 6 pm comes around and you have to go to school till 9 pm. I did that till about a few weeks ago.

Im hoping my "turn around" will at least strike something. If not guess ill get what I deserve right

it may be hard but you did the deed now you have to live with it and do it or pay the consequences (spelling) im sure in the end you will get what you deserve but that is for a judge to decide of course.

I think everyone's gettin too deep into this. He was just wanting to let us know his situation and be thinking about him as he goes through all this...eventhough the web isn't exactly the best place to go empty your mind out lol

show the judge how far youve come since those bad days, and tell the judge you dont want to see your hard work go to waste cause you were stupid. then tell them you will do the community service X2 if need be to keep your freedom. sucks about that but at least youre man enough to fess up and turn things around in your life and not run like most people would do.

I would not step into court without a lawyer. If you had representation you would not go to jail. The Attorney could plead your case and the judge would listen

If you are going there alone you better have documentation from co workers, Priest, pastors or actually anyone who has been around you during the time you turned your life around.

You can go in blind and plead your case to the court but the chances of going to jail go up.

No matter what happens I hope the best for you and whether or not you are a believer or not I will pray for you.

Thanks guys I really appraite the good words that means alot

So heres the end result I lucked out hugely. So I get there at 9 am talked to the prosector explained to him my situation about the whole school job thing, he commended me on it. I suggested that I would donate a generous amount to the local DARE program. He said the only way thats possible is if I pay 10 dollars an hour per community service hour but he suggested since I had to do so many hours that he didnt suggest it. He suggested I take a 250 fine but the charge is gonna stay in record instead of being dismissed. I agreed and now I had to wait to talk to the judge.

So now its about to hit 3 pm and I finally get called up. She asked me why I didnt fulfil my community service hours and the prosectored agreed thats the same thing I told him and he told her what he suggested. She asked me why I would want that to stay on my record if thats what I really wanted I told her no but I did suggest donating generously to the DARE program. Prosector once again agreed that I said that and she agreed! She told me to donate to any charity 350 bucks and my case would be dissmissed.

Dont realize how glad I was. Like these huge boulders were finally lifted off my shoulders. So tomorrow ill be sending out a check to some Tsunami fund
