w00t new video card is working (bench inside)

Well here are the system specs that it was benched with:

AMD Anthlon XP Mobile 2400 @ 2.00 Ghz (133x15 w/ 1.4core)
512MB of POS PC2700 that wont run higher than 266mhz....
BFG 6800OC w/ all Pipelines enabled (16) running at 375gpu 725mem w/ 1.6agp voltage (won't go any further and I am afraid to go higher than 1.6agp volt....)
36gig Wester Dig Raptor

If you have any suggestions on what I could try to get to 10K let me know

I've got 11544 on my 6800GT, AMD XP-55 machine. Both with stock clocks. I don't have any advice, though.

Nice lights there Brent.

I think I'm about to buy a iBook. Already have the desktop and I figure the Mac would be better to start programming with.

I don't know much about nVidia, this is my first card with them. All my last ones where Ati.

So if you got any tips on drivers or other programs I can use to create better stability let me know.

As of now I got 16x1, 6vp at 375/725 and if I go any higher than that 3dmark03 will freeze. It wont go any higher.

I tried increasing agp voltage to 1.8 (highest it will go) and it still wont go higher.

I have seen people go 400/800 w/ all pipelines opened up without a problem so I figure I am missing something

Would like to hit 10k on 03

I know it seems weird but the agp voltage in bios doesn't effect the chip itself that is controled by the graphics card's bios. I'm not really sure what it's for acually.... some say northbridge.. i donno...

I see you have tornados also. what powersupply do you have? i've run into some stabilty problems with my 480w powersupply with all the fans, 6800, and intel cpu i have.

Well my power supply isnt that great, I will be upgradingit in the future, but I dont think thats my current problem(could become one if I can manage to pull more out of this and once I get my new ram)

My current piece of ram is ****, runs at 266mhz fsb when its suppose to run at 333mhz. Wont even touch stock speeds without blue screening windows. Plus its only a stick of 512. So I am thinking that has a huge part of my problem as Far Lags while playing it.. memory just sucks like that.

I am runnig a 5:4 divider so I can get my cpu fsb up to 166 and keep the memory at 266mhz.

I have started researching flashing the bios but I am a long way from doing something like that to a 300 dollar video card lol.

I am going to first get new ram, then upgrade the power supply to one with atleast 30A 12v rails. This will allow me to easily overclock my 2400 to 2.5ghz atleast.

I got it rnning 2.25 right now with the fsb increase.

If I am still seeing instability after all this and cant get higher than 375/725 then I will start looking into changing drivers around to see if thats limiting and if that doesnt work dive into modding the bios and increasing the vcore of the gpu to atleast 1.4v.

Dunno I just want to get rid of this pos ram and get my new stuff but that reqires me selling my other computer
