a poll for j00 guys about my truck

Okay in my last topic that was about steeda coming out with a lowering kit for the edge. Now I know most of you want to see it jacked up with some big ol tires redneck style lol....okay well thats basicly all of y'all lol. Anyway I'm going to let y'all take a poll and see honestly which you prefer. Also tell me how YOU would build my truck if it was yours. Now I will state this, just because steeda might make a kit didn't mean I was definately going to buy it, but it was and still is a possability. I did however think about it some more for the hauling factor. I know I could still do it lowered, but not as much so if I left it how it is.

Also in this post i'd like to appoligize to anyone I might of pissed off or what not. I just felt a little attacked in that thread and I do realise now that y'all weren't doing that. I just felt I couldn't get my thoughts out without getting knocked down. anyway on to the real point of this thread. Have fun.

Here is a PS of pretty much the end results would be of my truck with what I feel is about the correct drop I would get with the kit. Also a pic of what the truck would look like at stock hight with just some bigger tires.

peronally, id lift if 4", throw some tires under it, a t-lock rear, and some engine mods

4" isnt too high to where you cant get in and out, and you wont loose practicality of a truck, you have the advantage in offroad, and still has good street manners

me i wouldnt even get a pueney ranger/s10/sonoma kiddy truck. id go straight for the big boys and go Ram or Dakota. personally a dakota 5.9 r/t, lower that summa *****, supercharge it with the works, some nice 20's, custom paint, huge stereo, etc.

but dude its YOUR truck, YOU put on what YOU want. its your car, nobody else can tell you what or what not to do with it, only suggest what they like/dislike about it, but in the end its your decision.

I respect your choice on prefering fullsize trucks. I like smaller trucks for the simple fact they are more practical on a daily basis. I've driven my dads truck around countless times and its a 03 crew cab f150 and its bad driving around untill you get in a tight parking spot. Then its just a strait up ***** lol. Anyway the only fullsize i'd really be willing to own is a lightning and that wont happen for a long time

Why dont you put some rims on it and call it quits. Why lower or raise it???? It is not made for handling so why spend money doing worthless things to it.

It seems to me some people who cant make up their minds waste large sums of money because they are so worried about being different or trying to get noticed but actually they dont have a clue or a plan to a finished design. They usually just make post on the board asking what people think!!!!! I could care less what people think about my car or mods. I DID IT FOR MYSELF But then again I have good taste and common sense!!!

If i were you i'd trade it in for like an 01 f-150 single cab flareside 4x4 lift it 3" exhuast intake w/the V8

or you could buy a mustang

now if i had to keep the edge i'd open a savings account think of something i wanted to buy, and instead of buying it put it in the account instead of spending it on your edge.

That's a start & then throw some patriot performance ported heads/bullet intake on it & run mid 12's for about $2000 or so.

id say since we have conflicting views, we settle on a median. you can lift the rear and drop the front. i think that will settle this for good. plus youd have a truck with a look not any ranger has yet. hell you might even start a sport truck raked fad.
