The most epic fail EVER! Hands down.........

Bike won't start after using NOS fuel additive - Page 4 : Suzuki GSX-R Motorcycle Forums: Gixxer.com

Don't worry about all 11 pages (and counting; this is still new!) Halfway through page 2, the the fail will be beyond obvious.

Enjoy..........I know I did!

Re: The most epic fail EVER! Hands down.........

I was wondering when that would reach here. I hate when threads like that get linked and you end up with 50 pages of people saying "checking in from"...makes it tough to keep up with the thread when filtering through the ****.

*spoiler alert cliff notes below*

Here's the cliff notes. Dude was riding his bike home...it wasn't running right. Stops into a gas station and picks up a couple bottles of NOS fuel additive. Puts both bottles in his tank. Rides home, bike still drove like crap. Next day, bike wouldn't start. Come to find out, it was the NOS energy drink and not the fuel treatment.

*end spoiler*

You had seen it already? I have to share things like that. Especially here at work where I am the only gear head, I need to get input from my own kind when things like this are brought to my attention.......lol.

Not to mention: I'm sure plenty of people on here haven't seen it yet.

+1 on the "checking in from xxxxx" posts, but the fail is revealed in page 2, so no need to go through all the BS posts to get to the point.

Yeah, I read it linked from SVTP yesterday. I usually share this stuff too, but it was close to quitting time so I didn't post it up.

Re: The most epic fail EVER! Hands down.........

yea i saw that lol

dont forget he put 2 bottles in and even if it was the octane booster, 1 of those bottles is supposed to treat like 12-14 gallons. most sportbike tanks are ~4 gallons.

Yea, I was thinking prank. Although I did not visit the site either. Just read the cliffs.

I mean I doubt somebody could go to the cooler, buy two ice cold beverages and continue to pour it into his gas tank.

Just to clarify, he didn't get it from the cooler. He claims there was a case at the end of an aisle on display and he grabbed it from there.

There was a case of the stuff stacked at the end of an aisle. Definately not cold or in the cooler. Also it was over $7 for the two bottles
