**** this ****, i'm done

i give up. my beautiful ****ing mustang is yet again a victim of my horrible ****ing luck. this morning on the way home from work my brakes locked up and i slide 50 feet on ice into the back of an 18 wheeler. my brand ****ing new cervini hood and saleen bumper are ****ed. no other damage

i'm done, no more modding. i'll be parting the car out and buying some piece of **** to get me back and forth

long tubes - $180
catted h - $125
borla catback - $450
underdrive pulley - $60

other parts, name your price, or i'll sell you the whole car if you want

i'm done

i have decided that i need a another car as my primary vehicle though. especially if i do want to continue to mod my mustang. they way she seems to be drawn to the back of mac trucks, it's only a matter of time before i don't walk away

i'm gonna get a frontier 2005 through work, i think

i've rethought my situation, and i've decided to garage the stang and acquire a new primary vehicle. most likely a frontier, as it scored higher than any other midsize truck for 2005, and i can get one for an awesome price

the mustang will become a true project car. i won't be selling any of the pieces. sorry. when i wrote that i was utterly depressed, it was like an hour after the wreck. i've ordered a new hood and a saleen fiberglass kit to set the damage right, but i'm keeping the car garaged as soon as i get the truck. shouldn't be too long

sorry again

Not too long ago I was driving the GT and got hit while at a red light. It was some girl who told me it was her first day driving, wore six inch heels and was probably 4'10". It sucked especially because for some reason until today it was under the insurance as my fault . Finally got it fixed though. After that it was actually the insurance that gave my dad money to fix his car; he bought the cervinis bumper and whatever company makes his hood.

Glad to hear all is well and that you're keeping the stang. Not that my opinion matters but I really like the Tundras. Toyota is making some good trucks and has a reliable name too. Maybe you could even throw a ttmkIv engine in there

I'd by a Titan OR Frontier before I bought a Ram... Although, I'd buy a Ford before all of those

Sorry to hear about the bad luck man. Hopefully you'll still drive her around every so often but Trucks are def badass. Planning on doing anything to the truck??

Your car is entering retirement basically, where it will be wiped with a diaper and driven occasionally. Car retirement kicks ***.

lol. it won't be retired. just in a coccoon lol. when it's safe to drive it (i.e. - warm, clear summer day) i'll drive it. eventually i hope she'll be a twin turbo intercooled v6. 4.2 or 4.3. i dunno for sure, we'll have to see where it goes

but yea, the truck will just be a lease through work, so i won't be able to do anything with it... not that i'd need to. with 270hp, the 6 speed manual frontier can chirp 1-3rd (i've done it, heheh)
