i've talked to t dog before, and he didn't display that kind of behaviour. frankly, i'm surprised. i have nothing to contribute because i know little about the stungby and EE transition. t dog knows some of air flow though, we've talked on more than one occassion. btw i doubt he'd talk smack on the computer he wouldn't follow through with in person.

whether he would say that in person or hide behind a computer is not what bothers me. The foul language and attitude in anger is a good way to judge a person to trust. Going off half cocked like that shows immaturity or he is unstable. So which is he

The guy is getting his part, AND a refund. All at company's loss!
That speaks highly of their customer service, and attempted satisfaction.
Very respectable...

know-it alls at 3.8?

Theres more repetative posts about CAI and exhaust questions on 3.8 than anyhting Ive ever seen. I only post there if I need to sell anything.

My home is V6Power, where tech is basically God. Ill help you guys out as much as I can. The more I mod my car the more experience I get. I know a lot just dont have as much hands-on as some guys(yet )

Your better off without most of the people on 3.8

He should drop 3.8 and come here.
Iam trying to keep our tech sections as clean as i can. But its a new forum, will have to let it grow before we get good tech articles and such.
But thanks for helping.

Looks like we came through over on 3.8. 8)

Hell they even started a new thread about Bashing Advertisers.

Plus people got to see what kind of customer service they really have.

Who's Steve C?
It sounds familiar, but I can't figure out who exactly you're talking about

regardless if they fix there problems or not ive only heard two comments about them and both were that the person never recieved there part. Who cares if they give a refund or whatever after a month of waiting. Its about supply and demand. I could give a #### about customer service as long as i get my part on time and in good shape.

Sadly this was SBMS problem. He wouldnt send stuff, and people would #####, he would refund them and say not to get on his case because he gave them a refund. It eventually developed into no one getting anything. I still wouldnt buy from EE, even though they sponsor this site, sponsored the Morana V6 Race, and other things.

I ran an online company for over a year (paintball store), and to NOT ship someone their product isnt good business practice. Whether you refund them 10000% or not, it still shows you screwed up. And to do it several times is a big ut-oh.

I dont see the sense in buying out a company with an already bad reputation

Disagree with me as you wish, but running a business is quite common in my family, and this just shouldnt happen. EE has a small window of oppurtunity to gain respect. If they screw up this early their done.

Until now they havent been able to keep stock on products and have had to had them drop shipped from the supplier.

They have moved into a bigger facility now(hince the delay in communication) and are now able to keep stock in products so that they can ship them out asap. They can't control shipping when they arent shipping it.

They have admitted that they were at fault and made it right. They are not going anywhere.

MFB.........

You shouldn't come to a conclusion based on two people. There is no way that can be a educated decision. Do some more research.

Havet you guys heard of drop shipping?
Redlined performance mustangs has this problem too.
Except people dont broad cast it.

Mac ships those orders out, and now Extreme Effects got tired of this, MOVED into a BIGGER facility so they can carry Mac and Other products INSTOCK so THEY can ship them.

Oh yea in case you didn't know.... SBMS does not exist

Extreme Effects is not SBMS.......

Seems like I keep repeating myself over and over and over.
