Have a new link to US

Check this place out. They now have a link to us. These guys are around the corner from me in Simpsonville, SC I am working on discounts for us on his services.

Just to point out if you have ever thought about Jet hot for your headers or intake manifolds he charges half the price for the same product.

Kewl, I was thinking of offering coated bearings and
pistons. That would be a great place to get it!
Hey DD, I'll call you today.

Actually yes it does he has special thermal coating and friction coatings that have been used in areospace and autoracing for a while. They can actually impregnate friction reducing chemicals in during heat treat that will prevent a engine from locking up if it loses oil. almost all race cars have that. That is why even after the engine blows out all the oil the cars stiil can make it around the track to pit row and not seize an engine.

Actually not that bad. it use to be very expensive because you had to find a heat treat oven to do the process and there are not that many people with heat treat ovens and then you have to pay for time which is can be expensive. Well thanks to improvements in technology over the last 15 years you dont need a Heat treat oven you can do it in a simple oven used for powder coating which is a 100X cheaper.

I figure that (guessing from what I have read)
the total costs would be maybe double or more what
new bearings would cost, but the additional mileage
and HP from the coatings would pay off.

I got to build an oven so I can start powdercoating. They sytem isn't that bad, it's the cost of the ovens that will kill you, and building an oven large enough to powdercoat stuff.
